Huenfield, Boyle鈥檚 teammate, is one of the top 10 first basemen in the nation, and the best in Kansas. He is one of two players to stay at home for college ball, committing to the University of Kansas in July 2024. A power hitter, Huenfield averaged a .374 batting average and 39 RBIs in his freshman and sophomore years.
