1. Cameron Appenzeller, LHP/OF, Glenwood
Appenzeller is considered one of the best pitching prospects in the nation. The 6-6 lefty allowed just two runs and collected 74 strikeouts in 38 鈪� innings pitched last season as the Titans finished with a 30-6 record. Appenzeller has added about 10 mph to his fastball over the past year, bringing it into the mid-90s and strengthening the effectiveness of his curveball and changeup. He鈥檚 committed to Tennessee following graduation and will likely be a first-round MLB draft pick this summer.
