Top 10 Washington high school baseball players in Class of 2025
1. Xavier Neyens, SS, Mount Vernon
Washington features many talented players in its senior class, but Neyens stands above the rest. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound infielder should hear his name called early in the 2025 MLB Draft . If Neyens waits to go pro, he will join Pike and other members of Washington’s skilled senior class at Oregon State. First, Neyens will aim to finish his impressive prep career at Mount Vernon strong where he has proven to be one of the top left-handed hitters in the country with a powerful swing. He has showcased his elite skill set at various showcases over the past year and also did so during his junior season with the Class 3A runner-up Bulldogs, hitting over .440 with three home runs, 24 RBIs and 20 steals. He also went 8-0 on the mound with a 1.26 ERA and 60 strikeouts in 2024.
