3. Thomas Stewart, RHP, Mullen

Stewart is a blue chipper to be sure. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder already has a full arsenal of pitches with major league command. Stewart has been on the scouting scene for several years, and his hard work has clearly paid off. Virginia welcomes him this summer with their incoming freshman class.
