8. Noah Franco, LHP/OF, TCU
Franco is one of the most interesting freshmen in college baseball with his two-way skill set. He excelled as a left-handed pitcher and slugger at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, last season and is already a regular in TCU鈥檚 lineup. Franco has six hits and six walks through seven games, but he has yet to make an appearance on the mound. He will have a good chance to be a first-round selection in 2027.
