5 transfers who could have major impact on 2025 March Madness
Chaz Lanier, Tennessee
Dalton Knecht was one of the country鈥檚 top players last season after transferring in from Northern Colorado. His replacement in Knoxville is Lanier from North Florida. He has not been as dominant as his predecessor, but Lanier has still been one of the top scorers in the SEC. His numbers have dipped since the start of conference play, but he is still averaging 17.5 points and is shooting 40.2% from the 3-point line. Lanier will have to play at the top of his game for the Volunteers to have a chance at a deep postseason run.
