Pierce is one of the most instinctive, high-IQ players in Georgia, likely due to his father, Paul, who serves as Mill Creek鈥檚 coach. The 6-foot-1 shortstop is oozing with talent as well, possessing some of the best plate discipline in the draft class for a prep player.
