Eric Singleton Jr. transferring: 5 landing spots for WR
Auburn Tigers
Singleton Jr. has already visited Auburn and could be a valuable piece in Hugh Freeze’s offense if he sees the Tigers as a fit. Freeze likely needs to make a couple of notable additions in the portal this offseason as he enters an important third season at Auburn after going just 11-14 in his first two years with the program. The Tigers will have a different look offensively in 2025 with senior quarterback Payton Thorne out of eligibility. They will be in the market for a No. 1 wide receiver as well with KeAndre Lambert-Smith, who had 50 catches for 981 yards in the regular season, also out of eligibility. Auburn has a couple of young, skilled receivers with Cam Coleman and Malcolm Smith, but adding a proven, experienced wideout like Singleton Jr., just as Freeze did last offseason with Lambert-Smith, would be a big help for the Tigers’ offense.
