Garrett Nussmeier was solid, not spectacular, for Brian Kelly this season, throwing for 3,739 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Rickie Collins, the Tigers’ backup, jumped into the transfer portal recently. Maybe Brown joins the fold after an 8-4 showing in Baton Rouge.
