Josiah Trotter transferring: 5 possible landing spots

The Wolfpack had high expectations in 2024, but they finished 6-6. NC State was willing to use its assets to land a good signal caller in Grayson McCall from the transfer portal. The move did not work out, but will the funds be comparable this time around? If so, the quarterback position is set with CJ Bailey who played well, but the defense that allowed 30.2 points per game needs help. Trotter would be a great addition.聽
