West has been a key factor in William Penn Charter’s recent success as a talented all-around guard alongside skilled big man Matt Gilhool and Minnesota commit Kai Shinholster. The 6-foot-3, 165-pound senior is a good shooter but is also quick with the dribble and crafty when finishing around the rim. That helped him average 14.3 points on 44% shooting during his junior season with the Quakers, while also racking up a team-high 116 assists and 45 steals. West continued to showcase his ability on the Nike EYBL circuit over the summer with Team Final, averaging 14 points and four assists.
