4. Zander Carter, G, Ashland Blazer
Colin Porter has been an important starter for Liberty University over the past three years, and head coach Ritchie McKay went back to the same high school for the upcoming recruiting class. Carter, who attends Ashland Blazer in Ashland, Kentucky, as Porter did, had a tremendous junior season with 22.7 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game and 1.7 steals per game. Carter could have a chance to start immediately for the Flames similar to Porter.
