The Volunteers are deep at the wide receiver position, but a star playmaker can completely change the ceiling of the offense. Donte Thornton flashed throughout 2024 but dealt with nagging injuries. He will return along with Squirrel White, Chris Brazzell and Mike Matthews. The numbers would be complicated but Concepcion would be the best of the bunch.
