2. Chase Thompson, PF, Alexandria
A four-star recruit , Thompson led the Cardinals to the Class 3A state tournament in back-to-back seasons and earned two all-conference selections. He averaged 14.3 points, 5.7 rebounds and three assists his sophomore season and improved to 19.4 points and 8.6 rebounds per game his junior year. While Thompson is a highly regarded football prospect, he chose to continue his basketball career with the Clemson Tigers following graduation.
