8. Chuck Love III, SF, La Lumiere
Love III will be part of a loaded La Lumiere squad this season alongside several other top prospects, including Jack Smiley, Melvin Bell, Darius Adams and Jalen Haralson. Love III began his prep career at Southwest High School in Lincoln, Nebraska where he averaged 17.3 points as a sophomore. He further showcased his athleticism and skill on the wing at La Lumiere last season as he averaged 14 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals. The 6-foot-6, 170-pound small forward has elite scoring ability and has proven to be a sharpshooter from deep, something that鈥檚 been on display at La Lumiere and on the AAU circuit for Mokan Elite. Following his prep career, Love III will follow in the footsteps of his father, Chuck Love Jr., as a collegiate basketball player at Loyola Chicago.
