Top 10 Ohio boys basketball players in Class of 2025
7. Arness Lawson, SG, Pickerington North
On the Nike EYBL circuit, Lawson went toe-to-toe with some of the best in the 2025 crop. His 0.98 points per possession on that path, the highest of AAU competition, ranked 10th.
Five-star talents Cameron Boozer and AJ Dybantsa were among his peers on that efficiency table. Lawson averaged 16.4 points per game for All-Ohio Red.
A consensus three-star recruit, Lawson is thought of as the third-best in Ohio’s 2025 class by On3. He signed with Duquesne, but his top four options also included Tulane, Northern Kentucky, and Utah State.
