3. Wade Taylor IV, G, Texas A&M
Taylor IV is one of the best pure scorers in all of college basketball and has had a tremendous career playing for Buzz Williams at Texas A&M. The 6-foot, 180-pound guard from Dallas was a part-time starter as just a freshman but broke out in his sophomore season, averaging over 16 points as an honorable mention All-American and first-team All-SEC performer. Taylor IV was even better statistically as a junior, averaging a career-high 19.5 points in addition to 3.5 rebounds, four assists and 1.8 steals. While the quick guard is a good defender, his offensive game makes him a must-watch player when he鈥檚 on the court. Taylor IV has unlimited range and can get hot at any time. He could challenge for conference player of the year honors in his senior season with greater shooting consistency.
