9. Chase Hunter, Clemson
Hunter was the leader of the Tigers last season and helped his team make it to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament. This will be Hunter鈥檚 sixth college basketball campaign and they have all been at Clemson. He does not have a track record of being an elite scorer, but it is hard to leave him off this list after his most recent postseason performances.
