Mike Locksley, Maryland
The hire of Locksley from Alabama in 2019 drew praise for the Terrapins program, but his time in College Park may have peaked. Maryland had back-to-back eight-win seasons including their bowl games, but the Terrapins are off to a 3-3 start in 2024. They still have USC, Oregon, Iowa and Penn State on the schedule, so a bowl game appearance may be out the window.
