6. Javan Rae Noyes, Mid-Buchanan (2017-20)
Noyes threw for 2,000 yards or more in each of his final three seasons with the Dragons, totaling 9,043 yards and 95 touchdowns through the air during his high school career. He added 4,563 yards and 81 scores on the ground, including 65 total touchdowns during his senior year to earn all-state honors. Noyes turned the Mid-Buchanan football program around, going 1-9 during his first year as the starter and ending in the Class 1 state championship in his last season.聽
