5. Mayson Humphrey, Schuyler County (2020-23)
Despite collecting just 37 yards during his freshman season and 632 yards in his sophomore year, Humphrey finished his time with the Rams with 3,838 receiving yards to enter the top five in state history. He鈥檚 tied for fourth in Missouri prep history with 59 career receiving touchdowns, including 31 scores on 100 receptions his senior season. Humphrey was also exceptional as a cornerback, totaling 177 tackles, 26 passes defended and 15 interceptions.
