10 most impactful players for the 2024 WNBA playoffs
Napheesa Collier, Minnesota Lynx
The Lynx are perhaps a bit overlooked heading into the postseason with some of the buzz around teams like the Liberty, Aces and Fever, but the franchise that won four championships from 2011-17 has a chance to get back to that level in large part thanks to its All-Star forward, Collier. The 6-foot-1 veteran has been with the Lynx since 2019 and has vastly improved over the years with her official breakout coming in 2023. She has further solidified herself as a star in the league this season while averaging 20.4 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.4 blocks, shooting nearly 50% from the field and over 30% from deep. The Lynx have other key contributors including guard Kayla McBride, but Collier鈥檚 ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor will ultimately be the key to their success.
