3. Joe Burnett, CB (2005-08)
Burnett was a lockdown cornerback and a great returner for the Knights. The defensive back played in 50 games for UCF with 16 interceptions and over 1,300 return yards. Burnett made the all-conference first-team every year of his career and was a crucial player in the George O鈥橪eary era.
