9. Ronan Rasmussen, Sr., Highline
The Pirates make the jump to 3A from 2A, led by their senior QB Rasmussen. He threw for over 2,200 yards and 28 touchdowns in 2023. Rasmussen should continue to put up stellar numbers this season despite better competition. The Burien, Washington, signal caller is one of the better leaders in the state.
