10. Romero Ison, WR, Baltimore City College
Ison is a lethal weapon at wide receiver. The 6-foot, 175-pounder is a playmaker who must be accounted for at all times. Last year, he tallied 69 receptions for 2,653 yards and 20 TDs. And he’s still rising through the ranks. Ison announced his commitment to USC in April.
