Top 10 Texas QBs for 2024 high school football season
3. Kevin Sperry, Sr., Guyer
Sperry has bounced around during his prep career, playing his sophomore season in Texas at Rock Hill and his junior season at Carl Albert in Oklahoma City. Sperry returned to the Lone Star State after transferring to Guyer this past spring and will suit up for the Wildcats for the first time this fall. No matter where he鈥檚 been, Sperry has proven his potential. That was the case last season in Oklahoma as he threw for 2,564 yards, 31 touchdowns and four interceptions, completing nearly 69% of his passes. Sperry also ran for 563 yards and 11 touchdowns last year as the Titans went 14-0 and won a state title. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound quarterback will soon return to Oklahoma as a Sooners commit since 2023, but first, he will have the chance to finish his prep career on a high note as one of the top talents in Texas.
