4. Javon Lawrence, CB, North Rockland
The Raiders posted a 7-3 record last season while the defense gave up 20 or more points only twice. Lawrence was all over the field on the defensive side, racking up 30 tackles, four passes defended and a tackle for a loss. A three-star recruit , Lawrence will continue his football career at Syracuse in 2025.
