1. Lyrick Samuel, WR, Erasmus Hall
The Dutchmen took home the PSAL 4A state title last season, winning nine straight games after an 0-2 start. Samuel caught 27 passes for 693 yards and 11 touchdowns and enters the 2024 season as the 20th-ranked wideout in the country . The 6-4, 180-pound pass catcher will join the Big Ten following his final high school season and play for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
