4. Tommy Rupley, DL, Belmont Hill
The Sextants finished with a 7-1 record last season as Rupley amassed 36 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery in six games. The three-star prospect was named a member of the 2023 Super 26 all-state team, one of just three juniors to earn the honor. Rupley chose to play collegiately for the Duke Blue Devils over offers from Northwestern, Boston College and Virginia, among others.
