Texas鈥� senior class is loaded with defensive standouts and it鈥檚 Sanchez who sits at the top as he is rated as the best cornerback in the country and as a . The five-star recruit has good size in the secondary at 6-foot-2, 170 pounds and his length and physicality have allowed him to shut down some of the Lone Star State鈥檚 top wideouts through the years. Last season, Sanchez made 32 tackles for North Shore while adding five interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown as the Mustangs went 15-1 overall and made a run to the Class 6A state championship game. Sanchez will aim for the same success as a senior before heading off to Ohio State, committing to the Buckeyes in January over Alabama and Texas A&M.
