1. Austyn Modrzewski, Sr., Mountain Vista
Modrzewski made Golden Eagles history last season as he became the first player from the school to be named the Gatorade Colorado Football Player of the Year. The first-team all-state signal caller and three-star prospect led the state with 3,675 yards and 41 touchdowns as Mountain Vista reached the quarterfinals of the Class 5A playoffs. Modrzewski committed to the South Dakota Coyotes to continue his football career.
