9. Jahmari DeLoatch, CB, Oscar Smith
DeLoatch has shown he’s got the right stuff. The 5-foot-10, 170-pounder is a proven playmaker. DeLoatch has been courted by several major D-I schools, such as Michigan, Syracuse and Virginia Tech. to name a few. The four-star recruit committed to Cincinnati last month.
