A versatile player, VerMass has seen many snaps on special teams, offense and defense. He is Nebraska鈥檚 ninth-best player overall and ranked in the top 100 safeties in the nation. As a junior, VerMass recorded 17 touchdowns and 1,047 all-purpose yards. He committed to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in April 2023.聽
