Jackson is the top talent in West Tennessee after a monstrous junior season with the Knights. The 6-foot-2 playmaker had 1,818 total yards and 32 touchdowns. The Memphis native also had eight interceptions on defense. The Volunteers鈥� commit has the potential to be one of the biggest risers in the country with another big high school season.
