6. Nolan DiLucia, Jr., Peters Township
DiLucia is one of a couple of skilled WPIAL quarterbacks on this list who has a bright future ahead entering his junior season. Last year, DiLucia threw for 3,111 yards 鈥� the most ever by a WPIAL sophomore 鈥� and 33 touchdowns while being named first-team all-conference, second-team all-state and WPIAL 5A Player of the Year. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound standout is also a significant threat with his legs as he ran for another 489 yards and eight touchdowns while leading Peters Township to the PIAA Class 5A state championship game and a 15-1 overall record. DiLucia already holds one Division I offer from Miami (OH) and more could be headed his way with an encore performance in his junior season.
