2. Cooper Perry, WR, Notre Dame Prep
Perry is the best offensive weapon at the prep level in the state. The 6-foot-1 Oregon commit had 1,190 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2023. Perry is strong and quick, making him tough for cornerbacks to stop. The Scottsdale star could be in store for one more big high school season before heading off to Eugene.
