5. Anquon Fegans, S, Thompson
Fegans is yet another Alabama star senior who is committed to Auburn and he is one of the most recent pledges to the Tigers alongside Thompson teammate Jared Smith. Fegans and Smith will be key cogs of what should be a strong Warriors defense again in 2024 with the 6-foot-1, 180-pound safety bringing plenty of experience to the field as a multi-time state champion and multi-time MaxPreps All-American. Over the years, the four-star prospect has put up some spectacular numbers for the Warriors, including 50 tackles in his freshman year and 67 tackles and nine interceptions as just a sophomore. He was strong once again with 59 tackles and seven picks as a junior, proving to be a solid man-to-man defender with a nose for the ball. That should only continue in 2024 as Fegans looks to win yet another state title.
