Top 10 NCAA volleyball players entering the 2024 season
Emma Grome, Kentucky
SEC champion Kentucky didn鈥檛 quite make it as far as it had hoped in last season鈥檚 NCAA tournament, but the Wildcats return a strong core that could put them in position to make a deeper run this year led by Grome. The 5-foot-9 senior setter was named an AVCA second-team All-American for the third consecutive season in 2023 as she finished seventh in the country in total assists with 1,307 and led the nation in assists per set (12.1). Grome also added nearly 200 digs and helped the Wildcats to a .285 team hitting percentage. The former SEC Freshman of the Year and SEC Player of the Year should be in line for a strong finish to her career in 2024 and will again be one of the focal points of Kentucky鈥檚 offense with her consistent play.
