5. Liam Matthews, Sidney (2017-19)
Matthews starred in football, basketball and track and field at Sidney High School in Bainbridge, New York. He racked up 153 total receptions, 3,083 yards and 42 touchdowns in his prep career before heading further up north to play at Cornell. Matthews had 1,217 receiving yards as a high school sophomore.
