Duff is fresh off of his high school career and he could have an instant impact at the University of Rutgers. The 6-foot-6 playmaker finished his prep career with 132 receptions, 2,606 yards and 26 touchdowns. The Riverhead, New York, standout was the consensus top recruit in the state for the class of 2023.
