Drones has one of the highest ceilings in the conference and he showed off his tools more consistently in 2023. The Hokies star QB had 2,903 total yards with 22 touchdowns. Most importantly, Drones only threw three interceptions. He has the chance to be a breakout player not only in the ACC but in the entire country.
