Franco is another player who reclassified into 2024 and he only turned 18 a couple of months ago. He is a two-way talent and he could continue that role in the minor leagues. The TCU commit is a 6-foot-3 left-handed batter who has yet to find consistent power, but with his size, it could come quickly. The southpaw already has a three-pitch repertoire on the mound, headlined by his mid-90s fastball. There is reason to buy stock in him as a projected third-round pick.
