9. Jim Mills, OL (1986-93, 1995)
The Lions signed the Vancouver native as a free agent after a brief stint in the NFL. Mills won back-to-back Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman awards and was an important piece in allowing a league-low 30 sacks in 1991. The five-time All-Star is a member of the BC Lions Wall of Fame, the BC Lions 50th Anniversary Dream Team and the Canadian Football Hall of Fame Class of 2009.
