10 players who increased their stock at 2024 NBA Draft Combine
Coleman Hawkins
Hawkins is one of a couple of players on this list who could return to college next season, but after a strong performance in Chicago, it seems like he could ultimately decide to go pro. Hawkins averaged just over 12 points in his fourth season at Illinois and is a jack-of-all-trades player who can contribute in multiple ways. That was on full display at the combine, particularly on day two of scrimmages as he scored 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting while making three shots from beyond the arc. The 6-foot-10 forward also grabbed four rebounds and racked up four assists. Hawkins’ defense remains a liability and ultimately still makes him a fringe draft pick, but his combine performance has put him in the conversation as a worthy second-round flier.
