Rumson-Fair Haven girls golf set to finish strong
RUMSON, N.J. — The RFH girls golf team is on track for a solid finish this season, recently placing at two local tournaments. The team took 5th place at the Monmouth County Tournament at Charleston Spring Golf Course, and then followed that up with a 3rd place at Shore Conference Tournament at Jumping Brook Country Club.
In addition, Caroline Hickey hit a hole in one at Colts Neck Golf Club, hole 7, Par 3 with a 9 iron against Holmdel on 4/18. Seniors Audrey Winters, Caroline Hickey, Dylan Davis, and Audrey Caulfield helped carry the team with their leadership and good play while Junior Ellery Donaldson had a really strong second half and Bella Gesell a really strong Freshman season. The Dawgs are currently 8-3 and should finish the season 10-3.
