Zhuric Phelps enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots
TCU Horned Frogs
TCU had another strong season in 2023-24, reaching its third NCAA Tournament in as many years under head coach Jamie Dixon. However, Dixon鈥檚 roster for next season will look different as the Horned Frogs have several key players departing, including five of their top six scorers from this past season. TCU will suffer some notable losses in its backcourt in particular as Jameer Nelson Jr. and Avery Anderson III are out of eligibility, while Micah Peavy has transferred. Dixon has already brought in one guard through the portal this offseason, Frankie Collins, but more additions seem likely. Phelps, a Texas native who has spent the last three seasons playing less than an hour from TCU, could certainly be a target for the Horned Frogs and could help replace some of the offensive production they will lose.
