Max Shulga enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots

Wisconsin has yet to add anyone through the transfer portal this offseason and Shulga would be a significant addition after what has occurred recently in Madison. The Badgers had a solid season overall in 2023-24, finishing fifth in the Big Ten and earning a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament despite struggling late in the year. However, Greg Gard will lose some key cogs from that squad including graduating senior Tyler Wahl, leading scorer AJ Storr, and Big Ten all-defensive team guard Chucky Hepburn. Even with those players, Wisconsin often lacked a true go-to shooter last year, something Shulga could certainly provide. He would also give the Badgers鈥� backcourt some additional needed depth alongside Max Klesmit, John Blackwell, Kamari McGee and incoming freshman Daniel Freitag.
