Chucky Hepburn transferring: 5 possible landing spots
Nebraska Cornhuskers
Hepburn starred in Bellevue during his high school career, just an hour away from Lincoln. To the dismay of Nebraska fans, he chose to play at Wisconsin rather than for his home-state team, but perhaps that will change now. Hepburn has never been shy about his love and pride for his home state, and the Cornhuskers have finally shown they can compete in the Big Ten under Fred Hoiberg, finishing third in the conference this past season while reaching the NCAA Tournament for the first time in a decade. The Huskers will lose multiple players this offseason, including leading scorer Keisei Tominaga, but they were likely going to look to upgrade their backcourt regardless. An opportunity to return home to play for Hoiberg could be hard to pass up. Hepburn could reunite with former high school teammate Frankie Fidler in Lincoln as well.
