Chucky Hepburn transferring: 5 possible landing spots
Creighton Bluejays
If Hepburn truly wants to return home for his final collegiate season, Creighton would be the place as Omaha is less than 10 miles from where the point guard grew up in Bellevue. The Bluejays continue to thrive under Greg McDermott and made another trip to the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament in 2024. However, one of the major issues for Creighton this past season was a lack of depth. McDermott has a trio of talented commits coming in to help address that, but adding a couple of pieces through the portal is also possible. Leading scorer Baylor Scheierman is out of eligibility as is backup guard Francisco Farabello. Steven Ashworth and Trey Alexander should return, but adding a defensive-minded guard like Hepburn to that mix would be a huge win for the Bluejays.
