Eric Dailey Jr. transferring: 5 possible landing spots

Texas is one of multiple programs on this list that offered Dailey Jr. coming out of high school and could have interest in him during his stay in the portal. Like TCU, Dailey Jr. also has family ties to the Longhorns as his mom starred on the hardwood in Austin before beginning her coaching career. That may play a role in Dailey Jr.’s interest in Texas, as could the makeup of the Longhorns鈥� roster as Texas will lose its top two leading scorers from this season, Max Abmas and Dylan Disu. The loss of the 6-foot-9 Disu could open a door for Dailey Jr. to see plenty of action in Austin. Rodney Terry has a touted incoming power forward with Nicolas Codie and a talented 6-foot-8 sophomore with Dillon Mitchell. Adding the former Oklahoma State forward to that group would give the Longhorns more depth and versatility.
